JonathanSimkhai.com accepts returns and exchanges on unworn items within 10 days of receipt. All items must be returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact. Return shipping is complimentary for all orders within the domestic United States. JonathanSimkhai.com does not provide return shipping for international orders. Exchanges include complimentary shipment of reorder. Returns will be processed and refunded within 3-7 business days of receipt, less shipping costs if applicable.
Please note that all returns are subject to a return processing and restocking fee of $15 per order.
Items purchased at a discount greater than 50% are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange without exception.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and ship from the JonathanSimkhai.com headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Orders placed before 12:00 PST Monday through Friday will be processed same day, and orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will be processed the following business day.
All JonathanSimkhai.com orders within the continental United States receive complimentary standard shipping via FedEx Ground. Standard FedEx Ground shipping has an average delivery window of 1-5 days for destinations within the continental United States.
Expedited shipping via FedEx is available at checkout for an additional charge of $20 for 2nd Day service, and $30 for Overnight service. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge, as well as same-day delivery via messenger service for Los Angeles customers. Rates vary by location.

Customers may request a refund on local duties & taxes paid on returned merchandise by contacting DHL directly. If for any reason customer is not willing to pay the corresponding duties & taxes the return shipment will be deducted from the amount refunded.
